team.
The people on the touchline are part of the club too. Here's a useful starting point for your family.

Send a team enquiry with the player's age group and a short football background. We will discuss availability and any next steps with you. Please speak to us before attending a team session.
Where and when does my team train?
Training arrangements depend on the team. Contact the club or your team contact for the current venue, days, times and arrival instructions.
Ask for team training details →How do registration, fees and kit work?
The club will provide the relevant registration process, current fees, payment arrangements and kit information. Ask us if you have a question about an existing subscription or need to discuss a payment.
Contact us about registration or payments →What should we bring to a session?
Check the team's instructions before attending. Bring water, shin pads, suitable clothing and the correct footwear for the confirmed playing surface. Let your team contact know about anything they need to discuss with you beforehand.
How do we get matchday updates?
Your team contact is the starting point for fixture updates and changes. Confirm kick-off, venue and arrival time for each match. Instagram is a great place to follow club life, but always check team arrangements directly.
Who do I contact with a concern?
Contact the club directly and ask to speak to the appropriate team member. For a welfare concern, ask for the Club Welfare Officer. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in the website enquiry.
